Use of XLKeys

XLKeys is provided to help users work more efficiently in Google Sheets. You agree to use XLKeys only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or third-party platforms.

• You are responsible for your own Google account, browser, and device security.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse XLKeys.
• You may not use XLKeys in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Some XLKeys features may require sign-in, a trial, or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for managing any subscription associated with your account.

Subscription billing, cancellation, and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Any fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Services

XLKeys works with third-party services, including Google Sheets, Google APIs, Chrome, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

XLKeys, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by XLKeys or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of XLKeys or permission to copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the service except as allowed by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

XLKeys is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing important spreadsheet work and maintaining your own backups where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XLKeys and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of XLKeys.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of XLKeys after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
